Where is your store located?

  We are located in Ankeny, IA at 905 SW Ordnance Rd.  

Store hours:  Monday  10 am - 6 pm

                            Tuesday   10 am - 6 pm

                             Wednesday 10 am - 6 pm

                          Thursday    10 am - 6 pm

                     Friday     10 am - 6 pm

                         Saturday  10 am - 6 pm 

Sunday hours are by appointment only.  Please call 515-635-0050 to schedule your appointment. 

How do I order product?

  Please contact the store at 515-635-0050 to check in stock and order merchandise.  All purchases must be paid in full at point of purchase.  It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure this is what you want to order and without seeing items in person, they may be slightly different than in photos. 


Cancellation of an order by buyer will result in the forfeiture of any deposit/payment made or a 20% re-stocking fee.

What do you charge for delivery?

 We deliver within the state of Iowa only, Local deliveries in Ankney IA start at $50. Deliveries outside of Ankeny within a 30 mile radius of our store location start at at $75.00.  Deliveries within 31 - 50 mile radius of Ankeny start at $ 100.  

Does delivery come with set up and/or removal?

Due to liability issues, we can NOT move your existing furniture and do NOT do set up.  The delivery service will place your furniture pieces in an empty room you designate on the the first floor of your home 

Will my merchandise be assembled?

 All products purchased from New Furniture Outlet are brand new and sealed in factory packaging. 


 Assembly may be required.  All products include the tools and instructions needed to assemble properly.  New Furniture Outlet can provide assembly for an additional fee.  

What if some of my items come damaged out of the box?

  Please contact us using our email us form on the website or call 515-635-0050.  Manufacturer defects or missing parts must be claimed within 3 days upon receiving the merchandise. We will supply parts for most defective merchandise within 2-4 weeks upon claim.   It is your responsibility to inspect your merchandise upon receiving it and to report any claims to New Furniture Outlet within 3 days of pick up or delivery. You must have your receipt for warranties to apply. 

New Furniture Outlet reserves the right to:

  

  • Inspect the damaged merchandise in the customer's home.
  • Service in your home, our warehouse or at the factory.
  • Repair or replace at the discretion of New Furniture Outlet
  • FINISH AND FABRIC COLOR OF ITEM(S) MAY VARY SLIGHTLY DEPENDING ON COMPUTER MONITOR. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU NEED FURTHER CLARIFICATION OF COLOR.

New Furniture Outlet's furniture is not warranted under commercial use.
