Defective Merchandise

 Manufacturer defects or missing parts are to be claimed within 10 days upon receiving the merchandise. We will supply parts for most defective merchandise within 2-4 weeks upon claim.  

Dye lot variances, piling, fading, normal wear and soiling in the home are not covered under warranty unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.


Leather is a natural material. Characteristics may include color variation, grain variation, wrinkles and marks (i.e. bug bites, scars, brands, etc.). These characteristics denote genuine, top grain leather and add to the appearance and personality of each piece of furniture.
Solid and veneer wood products may show variations in color, patterns, grain qualities and/or natural blemishes. These characteristics provide real wood products with their unique and authentic beauty.


It is your responsibility to inspect your merchandise upon receiving it and to report any claims to New Furniture Outlet within 10 days of pick up or delivery. You must have your receipt for warranties to apply. 

New Furniture Outlet reserves the right to

  

  • Inspect the damaged merchandise in the customer's home.
  • Service in your home, our warehouse or at the factory.
  • Repair or replace at the discretion of the New Furniture Outlet

 

New Furniture Outlet's furniture is not warranted under commercial use.

POLICY ON CANCELLING ORDERS

  Once payment has been made on an order, the order is placed directly with our wholesaler within 24 hours.  Payment is made on behalf of the customer immediately and therefore, New Furniture Outlet, and the customer, becomes financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from the manufacturer. For this reason, we don't accept order cancellations.

 In the event that New Furniture Outlet management agrees to proceed with the cancellation of an order, the customer  will forfeit any down payment/deposit made and may be responsible for a cancellation or restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price as well as any shipping and handling fees that may apply. In order for a cancellation to be addressed, the customer must submit the request in writing via e-mail through our contact us page.
